(Spencer)– The Spencer Mainstreet Program and Arts On Grand will kick off the summer season with a special event this Saturday, May 30th. Megan Pederson, Director of Arts On Grand, says the Riverside Arts Festival will be going on at the band shell at East Leech Park in Spencer…
Pederson says the vendors will be set up at 12:30 pm.
Face painting, bounce houses, and food trucks will also be there.
The event is free of charge.
