Following a joint investigation by the Emmetsburg Police Department and the Palo Alto County Attorneys Office, 20-year-old Robert Alexander Scott and 15-year-old Seth Andrew Julius were arrested on Wednesday and charged with breaking into the school back on February 2nd.

The two are accused of stealing several electronic items, including a DVD player and computer valued at 28-hundred dollars.
