(Sibley)– An Arnolds Park man has been sentenced after pleading guilty last month to a drug charge in Osceola County District Court.
35-year-old Anthony Michael Rahfaldt pled guilty to possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver five grams or less of methamphetamine…a class “C” felony. He was ordered to pay a one thousand dollar fine along with restitution and court appointed attorney fees.
Rahfaldt was sentenced to the custody of the Director of the Department of Corrections for a term not to exceed ten years, however the sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for three years.
The charge stems from a search warrant that was executed June 11th of last year on a residence in Sibley. Authorities found several baggies containing a brown chunky substance and one baggie with a white powdery substance on Rahfaldt’s person.
