(Spirit Lake)– A reminder of a special event this (Tues.) evening to kick off the third season of the Okoboji Project. It will be held at 6:00 pm at the Dickinson County Museum in Spirit Lake. Emma Myhre is one of the producers of the podcast. She says the event is open to everyone…
“We’re going to have beverages, a chance to stroll around and explore the new exhibit at the Dickinson County Museum and as you said, Steve, this is a free event but freewill donations to the Dickinson County Museum are appreciated to power the extraordinary work that they do there.”
As we reported previously, the first episode of the new season focuses on the role the railroads played in Dickinson county’s history. Myhre says the episode will be available to the public beginning Wednesday…
“You can listen to it on our website at okobojiproject.com or if you’re already a podcast listener you can find the Okoboji Project on Spotify, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen to your favorite shows.”
Myhre says she and Ryan Maris, a co-founder of the Okoboji Project, are very excited about the new season of episodes and greatly appreciate the support they’ve received over the first two seasons.
