(Spencer)– A three-vehicle accident in Spencer Saturday left a Hartley man complaining of possible injury.
Spencer police say vehicles driven by Tammy Freeman of Spencer and Carl Ebel of Hartley had stopped in the southbound lane in the 400 block of Grand Avenue as a traffic light was turning. Authorities say another vehicle driven by Bonnie Johnson of Dickens continued moving forward and struck the car driven by Ebel, which was pushed forward into the vehicle driven by Freeman.
Ebel complained of possible injury but declined transport to a hospital by ambulance. No other injuries were reported.
Five thousand dollars in damage was estimated to a 1996 Dodge driven by Johnson; a 1994 GMC pickup driven by Ebel sustained an estimated five hundred dollars in damage; and a 2000 Ford driven by Freeman sustained an estimated one thousand dollars in damage.
The mishap took place shortly after 11:30 a.m.
