(Heron Lake, Mn.)– A collision Tuesday in Jackson county involving a car and a semi sent two people to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 62-year-old Dawn Eigenberg of Windom was driving a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu westbound on Highway 60 near Heron Lake and was attempting to turn onto 390th Avenue when she collided with a 2025 International semi driven by 37-year-old Marvin Deneffe of Le Center, Minnesota.
Eigenberg and Deneffe were taken to the Windom hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and Heron Lake Fire and EMS assisted on the scene.
The collision took place a little before 2:00 pm.
