For the month of September alone, Coulson says they had 85 calls for service with 32 of them fire-related. The others were EMS-related.
Coulson says the department has been working on reducing its response time for such incidents. He says the average response time in September was down to just 13 seconds. That’s how long it took for crews to get out the door of the station.
