(Estherville)– An investigation into a child custody dispute in Emmet county resulted in the arrest of a Sibley man on drug charges. The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy responded to the matter north of Estherville September 28th and discovered a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 22-year-old Zakery Wollmuth was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…3rd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In a separate, unrelated case, Emmet county authorities executed a search warrant September 29th at a residence in Armstrong resulting in the arrest of 39-year-old Joshua Gardner of Armstrong on charges of one count of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…3rd offense, possession of a controlled substance…THC wax…3rd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
