(Spencer)– The city of Spencer is now accepting applications for a program assisting property owners in restoring vegetation in the adjacent right-of-way to their property that was damaged or destroyed by the flood. The grant program is being possible through the Clay County Community Foundation. It’s a 50 percent match, up to a maximum of a $500 reimbursement from the city of Spencer.
