(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake woman faces charges for allegedly entering a residence on 165th Street near Francis Sites in Spirit Lake and assaulting an occupant.
A criminal complaint filed by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office charges Lacey Lundberg with burglary in the 1st degree…a class “B” felony, and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness…a serious misdemeanor.
The complaint alleges Lundberg punched the victim in the face and kicked the person in the stomach. It says the incident allegedly took place Tuesday night.
Online records show Lundberg is being held in the Dickinson County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
