(Des Moines)– Some additional Disaster Recovery Centers in northwest Iowa will be permanently closing. FEMA says the centers in Buena Vista, O’Brien and Palo Alto counties will be permanently shutting down at 6:00 pm tomorrow (Fri. Aug. 30th).
Centers in Clay, Dickinson, Lyon and Sioux counties remain open.
The center in Dickinson county, at the Expo Building in Spirit Lake, is temporarily closed and will reopen at 1:00 pm this coming Tuesday.
