(Sibley)– Dense fog is believed to have been a factor in an accident this (Wed.) morning on Highway 59 in Osceola county that involved an S-U-V and three semis.
The Iowa State Patrol says it happened shortly before 8:00 am at the intersection of Highway 59 and 260th Street. Troopers say dense fog was present at the time.
There were no reports of injuries.
The collision resulted in the roadway being closed for a couple of hours.
