(Hospers)– A two vehicle collision Monday afternoon at an intersection on Highway 60 on the east side of Hospers sent a woman to the hospital.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 61-year-old Cheryl Scholten of Alton was driving a 2016 Ford Flex southbound on Highway 60 and 26-year-old Hannah Sailor was driving a 2017 Kia Sportage eastbound on a county road when the two collided.
Sailor was injured in the collision and was taken to Sanford Sheldon Medical Center. She was cited for failure to yield.
