(Estherville)– The Mayor of Estherville is stepping down. Adam J. Edwards has announced he’s moving outside of city limits. His resignation is effective today (Mon.).
City Council members will discuss how to fill the vacancy at their regular meeting this (Mon.) evening. They could do so either by appointing someone to fill out the remainder of Edwards’ term or by holding a special election.
