(Spencer)– The Clay County Disaster Recovery Center is moving to another location. It’s currently located in the Tower Gate Pavilion at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer. It will continue to be in operation there until 6:00 pm tomorrow (Sat.). It will then close and will move to its new location in the council chambers at Spencer City Hall, where it will reopen this coming Monday, August 19th, at 1:00 pm.
