(Spencer)– Officials with Spencer Community Schools say they’re ready for the start of classes in a little more than a week, even though flooding damaged several buildings. One of those, Lincoln Elementary, was heavily damaged and won’t be usable in the upcoming school year, displacing about 450 students and 50 staff members. Third grade classes will be moved to Fairview Elementary; 4th grade to Johnson Elementary and 5th grade will go to the Middle School.
