The Iowa Project Manager for Summit Carbon Solutions informed the supervisors current plans call for the line to cross 17 drainage tiles and three ditches in Dickinson county. Lingrell added they are still waiting on hearing dates from the Iowa Utilities Board that need to be held as part of the permitting process. She added construction cannot start until the permits are issued and all of the easements that are needed are obtained.
