(Spencer)– A hearing will be held Tuesday (Aug. 2nd) in Clay County District Court pertaining to a lawsuit the Spencer Trailer Court and its owner filed against the city of Spencer after power to the site was terminated. The city shut off the power, stating that the trailer court’s owner failed to meet a deadline to bring electrical services up to code. Residents of the Trailer Court say they never have felt unsafe and that not having power is endangering the residents who still live there. The hearing is set for 9:30 am at the Clay County Courthouse.`
