(Spirit Lake)– A downtown Spirit Lake restaurant has changed hands. It was announced Monday Chef Jason Battern, and his wife, Jordan, have purchased the license for Burger and Company.
A press release says the establishment will continue with pretty much the same menu, featuring burgers, sandwiches, sides and old fashioned milkshakes year-round.
Battern has worked in the restaurant industry 15 years.
