(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man has been charged with enticing a minor under the age of 16 for a sexual purpose.
A criminal complaint filed by the Spirit Lake Police Department accuses Christopher Ingraham of using an electronic communication device in an attempt to obtain images and/or video of the alleged victim. The complaint states the alleged incident took place sometime between February 1st of 2020 and March 30th of 2020.
Online records indicate Ingraham is scheduled to make an initial court appearance on the charge July 21st. The documents also indicate that he is not to have any contact with the alleged victim.
