(Sutherland)– The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office has released details into a single vehicle crash Tuesday of this week that seriously injured a Hartley man.
Deputies say 21-year-old Avery Bush lost control of a 2003 Ford pickup after crossing the center line while traveling northbound in the 4900 mile of Highway 59. The vehicle rolled onto its top, coming to rest in the east ditch.
Bush was taken by ambulance to the Cherokee hospital.
Authorities say the crash is still under investigation and that charges are pending.
