(Estherville)– An investigation into a vehicle parked along a road Wednesday north of Estherville resulted in the arrest of a southwest Minnesota man on a drug charge.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy checked on the motorist and could smell marijuana. Further investigation resulted in the discovery of marijuana in the vehicle.
The occupant of the vehicle, 23-year-old Roberto Montalvo, was arrested and booked into the Emmet county jail on a charge of possession of marijuana…1st offense.
