Ruthven Man Pleads Guilty To Going Armed With Intent In Osceola County Case

(Sibley)– A Ruthven man has pled guilty to a charge of going armed with intent. 39-year-old Lenard Schiller, Jr. was charged with the Class D felony in a case out of Osceola county. He was ordered to pay a fine of $1,025, a 15 percent surcharge along with court costs and court appointed attorney’s fees. A five year jail sentence was suspended. Schiller was placed on probation for two years.
