(Milford)– With two members out of town, the Milford City Council Monday voted three to nothing to approve an easement allowing a major project to move forward in drainage district 50, on the city’s northeast side.
The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors, acting as drainage trustees, temporarily delayed the project after learning the cost was going to come in much higher than originally thought due to some buildings that were constructed on top of existing tile lines. Mayor Steve Anderson says this will allow the project to move forward, following city-owned right-of-way…
The Board of Supervisors will also need to sign off on the agreement.
