(Sibley)– A Spencer man has been sentenced in a theft case out of Osceola county. 34-year-old Jordan Walbaum was convicted of second degree theft. He was sentenced Monday to five years in prison. Court documents say it is to be served concurrently with a five year prison term Walbaum is currently serving after pleading guilty to another second degree theft charge in Clay county. He was also ordered to pay a fine of a little more than $1,000.
