(Emmetsburg)– A man wanted on a federal warrant was taken into custody Thursday evening by authorities in Palo Alto county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 42-year-old Eric Young of St. Ansgar, Iowa, was arrested at a residence west of Fenton. Authorities say Young was wanted on the warrant charging him with distribution of a controlled substance resulting death. Young was transported to the Chickasaw county jail pending extradition to the custody of the U.S. Marshall’s Service.
Details into the charge weren’t immediately available.
