(Sibley)– A Lake Park charged with vehicular homicide in a case out of Osceola county has changed his plea to guilty. 49-year-old Christopher Bosma had originally pled not guilty to two counts of homicide by vehicle, one for OWI and another for reckless driving.
Bosma was accused of operating an all-terrain-vehicle in an aggressive matter in an incident in July of 2019. A passenger, 34-year-old Kelsie Sturm, was ejected from the vehicle and later died of her injuries.
There’s no word in online court documents as to a sentencing date.
