SW Minnesota Man Arrested After Found Walking Along A NW Iowa Highway

(Orange City)– A man faces charges after he was found walking along a highway a little before 2:30 in the morning Wednesday near Alton.

Sioux county authorities say they received a report of a man walking along Highway 60 near a vehicle that had stopped. Deputies identified the man as 55-year-old Kendall Holland of Storden, Minnesota.

An investigation resulted in Holland being arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated…3rd offense, operating a motor vehicle without a required interlock device, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts. Holland was booked into the Sioux county jail.
