(Sutherland)– An Estherville woman has been charged in a check forgery case in O’brien county. 21-year-old Nashley Craig was arrested earlier this week on a warrant issued by the Sutherland Police Department charging her with forgery.
Craig is accused of writing two bad checks in November of last year at a Sutherland convenience store.
A preliminary hearing in the case is set for January 26th in O’Brien County District Court.
