(Sibley)– A traffic stop Monday on Highway 9 just east of the Lyon-Osceola county line resulted in the arrest of a Rock Rapids woman on drug charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Kimberly Baartman was charged with possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine…1st offense, possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also cited for speeding.
Baartman was booked into the Osceola county jail and was later released after posting a $2,000 bond.
