(Spencer)– A traffic stop earlier this month in Clay county resulted in the arrest of an Aurelia man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle December 19th at the intersection of Highway 71 and 460th Avenue. Deputies say an investigation revealed the driver, 20-year-old Ryan Hansen of Aurelia, was allegedly in possession of alcohol under the legal age and was in possession of marijuana vape pods.
Hansen was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession of tobacco and minor in possession of alcohol.
