Rise Fest has announced a major act for next year’s festival, KUOO’s Becky Thoreson has details:
Rise Ministries has announced the latest addition to the 2022 RiseFest line-up, with the popular group For King & Country set to appear at the festival in Sheldon.
Festival Founder Rob Roozeboom says he’s excited to see them perform on the new Harvest Stage at the festival. “I think they’re probably the largest band in Christian Music right now. I wish I could describe exactly how excited I am, because this is a band that we have loved forever. We try to get them not every year, but multiple years. It’s extremely difficult because of the popularity of For King & Country, and it worked out this year. Honestly, I couldn’t be more excited because I know they get to play the new Harvest Stage, and I cannot wait to experience that.”
He notes that early bird pricing is currently available for tickets. “Now is a great time to get tickets. The early bird is going on. If you buy 10 or more, they’re only $40.50 each, otherwise they’re $43. That’s good for everybody that we’ve already announced, both days, and everybody we will announce in the future.”
RiseFest is slated for June 10-11 next year.
