(Wahpeton)– The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has released details into a two vehicle collision October 29th at the intersection of Highway 86 and 190th Street near Wahpeton.

Deputies say 25-year-old Sarah Yotter of Cottonwood, Minnesota was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze southbound and 67-year-old Marilyn Dirks of Sergeant Bluff was driving a 1999 Nissan Altima. Authorities say Dirks was traveling on 190th Street and had stopped at a stop sign when she pulled into the path of Yotter’s vehicle.

Dirks was extricated from her vehicle by non-mechanical means and was taken to a hospital by ambulance with possible serious injuries. No injuries were reported to Yotter.
