Fleming Arrest

(Estherville)– A Garner man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop this past Thursday in Armstrong.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over the vehicle after discovering the driver, 41-year-old Raymond Fleming, had a suspended license.
Further investigation revealed Fleming was in possession of what’s alleged to be methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was booked into jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
