(Spencer)– Two people wanted on active warrants have been taken into custody by authorities in Clay county. The Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Stacy Baumgart was wanted on charges of burglary in the 2nd degree and unauthorized use of a credit card. Baumgart was booked into jail on a $12,000 cash or surety bond.
Authorities also arrested 29-year-old Drew Lane of Peterson. He was charged with extortion and harrassment in the 1st degree. He was being held in the Clay county jail on a $7,800 cash or surety bond.
