(Des Moines)– Some local housing projects have been awarded funding through the Iowa Economic Development Authority’s Workforce Housing Tax Credit program. They include Berkley Heights, a 15-unit development in Spirit Lake; Westfield by IGL Phase Two, a 24-unit development in Spencer; and Sunrise Pointe, a 94-unit development in Storm Lake.
