(Emmetsburg)– An investigation into a disturbance earlier this week at a residence in Ruthven resulted in a drug-related arrest.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called around 12:45 pm Tuesday to 1607 Burns Street where they located some narcotics. A search warrant was then obtained and executed, resulting in the arrest of 24-year-old Jesse Colhour. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense…methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance…2nd offense…marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief in the 5th degree and simple assault.
Another suspect, 21-year-old Kira Pullen of Spencer, was cited for possession of a controlled substance…2nd offense…marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
