(Spencer)– Two people face drug charges following a weekend traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 18 and Clay County Road M-27.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy discovered 49-year-old Matthew Laue and 46-year-old Erin McMahon, both of Austin, Minnesota, were allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were charged with possession of a controlled substance…2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were booked into the Clay county jail.
