(Milford)– A two vehicle collision late this (Tues.) morning at the intersection of Dickinson County Roads A-34 and M-27 resulted in serious injuries.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 60-year-old Michael Eddy of Okoboji was driving a 2008 Dodge Ram eastbound on County Road A-34. Deputies say he pulled into the path of a 2014 Buick driven by 27-year-old Oma Crouch of Everly who was northbound on County Road M-27. The two collided in the intersection.
Eddy and Crouch were taken by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake. Eddy was then life-flighted to Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls.
Dickinson County Emergency Management, Milford Fire and Rescue, the Lakes Regional Healthcare Ambulance and Lake Park Ambulance assisted on the scene.
The crash took place around 11:00 am. Authorities say it remains under investigation.
