(Jackson, Mn.)– Rhythm of the River is back again this year after being cancelled last year due to COVID. The event will be held July 10th at Fort Belmont in Jackson. Committee member Hanna Rossow says there will be changes this year…
“This year is going to look a lot different than previous years. Due to COVID we’re going to be capping the amount of people who can attend the festival. This means that you will not be able to purchase tickets at the door. You can’t just show up, you have to buy them ahead of time online.”
Rossow says they are excited to bring music back to the community…
“We’re definitely excited to bring live music back to our community. We’re sad that we can’t, of course, let everybody who wants to come attend, but we’re just excited that we’re going to be able to have some live music. Music is good for the soul and everybody needs that right now.”
Tickets, which are pre-sale only, go on sale May 1st and are $20 for the whole day. They can be purchased on the Rhythm of the River website at www.rhythmoftheriver.org.
