(Algona)-A man found unresponsive on a Kossuth County road last weekend did not survive his injuries.
The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Casey Tobin of Swea City died at a hospital in Rochester, Minnesota on Tuesday.
Tobin was discovered lying on the road Saturday night. An autopsy is being done by a medical examiner.
Deputies say Tobin suffered a head injury in a physical altercation with another person.
Investigators have not identified any suspects in the case.
