(Spencer)– A long-time gynecological surgeon in northwest Iowa will be joining Avera Medical Group Spencer in April.
Dr. Brian Wilson will have a clinic office on the second floor of the Spencer Medical Arts Building beginning the first of the month.
Dr. Wilson has been with Northwest Iowa Surgeons in Spencer since the summer of 2004.
Dr. Wilson accepts referrals for patients in need of a gynecological consultation or surgery as well as for those with infertility issues and for consultation with area family practice physicians providing care for high-risk obstetrical patients.
Dr. Wilson has an undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa and graduated from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in OB/GYN at Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland Air Force Base and Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
