(Estherville)– The city of Estherville has been awarded funding to assist with some road projects in an industrial park.
The city applied for a little more than $340,000 to cover about half of the cost of the project, estimated at $681,260.
It includes paving about 825 feet of South 19th street and constructing about 530 feet of 10th Avenue South in an industrial park on the southeast side of Estherville.
The funding is through the Iowa Department of Transportation’s RISE, or Reinvest In Iowa’s Sound Economy program.
