Suspect Wanted In January, 2020 Burglary At The JC Penney Store In Spencer Taken Into Custody

(Spencer)– An arrest has been made into a burglary back on January 22^nd, 2020 at the JC Penney store at the South Park Mall in Spencer.

Spencer police requested arrest warrants for 61-year-old Michael Loring of Phoenix, Arizona back on June 16^th of last year as the result of an investigation into the incident. Authorities say Loring was identified as a suspect through some DNA evidence that was collected.

Loring was arrested on February 12^th of this year by police in Phoenix, Arizona during a traffic stop. Loring was transported to the Clay county jail Wednesday and is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
