(Spencer)-The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a 19 year old Spencer man faces numerous charges after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle Wednesday. Authorities say Clay County Deputies were called to the 400 block of Main Street in Dickens, where they found a 2004 Nissan unoccupied and still running, stuck in a muddy driveway. While searching for the driver, deputies heard glass break at a nearby residence and responded. Deputies encoutered Enber Miguel Choac, age 19 of Spencer hiding on the property. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Clay County Jail. Choac was booked into jail for Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, trespassing, Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving with no Valid Driver’s License, failure to Prove Insurance and possession of Alcohol Under the Age of 21.
