(Spencer)-The Clay County Sheriff’s Department has released information regarding the arrest of 73 year-old Michael Homan of Goodyear, Arizona.
Officials say that on November 5th of 2020, the Spencer Police Department issued warrants for the arrest of Homan, charging him with Indecent Contact with a Child, Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree and Lascivious Acts with a Child. The charges stem from an investigation that started in the summer of 2019, when officers determined the alleged incident occurred in 2012.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, Homan was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in Goodyear, Arizona on February 13th, and was being held on a $50,000 cash bond only.
