(Des Moines)– Governor Kim Reynolds has appointed several northwest Iowans to various state boards and commissions.
They include Laura Sievers of Rock Rapids to the Engineering and Land Surveying Examining Board; Sam Kooiker of Sheldon who was appointed to the Iowa Civil Rights Commission; and Kelly Nieuenhuis of Primghar who was selected to serve on the Renewable Fuel Infrastructure Board.
The appointments are subject to Senate confirmation.
