(Emmetsburg)– A Graettinger man already in jail for some thefts from vehicles back in October of this year now faces additional charges.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Troy Petersen was served Wednesday with additional warrants charging him with 3rd degree burglary and 5th degree criminal mischief. The warrants have a combined bond of $5,500 cash or surety.
Petersen was originally charged with three counts of 3rd degree burglary in connection with some wallets, credit cards and other items that had been stolen from several vehicles.
