“Our purpose as a foundation here at Spencer Hospital is to really just help support our local healthcare needs, you know really just to continue to expand so we can have the best services possible to, you know, enhance those for our community members so they can always have those high quality healthcare options available.”
Taylor says this year they’re earmarking funds for an expansion of a heavily used service that’s offered at Spencer Hospital…
“This year we are very excited to be part of the expansion of our cardiopulmonary rehabilitation service, so we also call that our cardiac rehab program. We usually admit about more than 80 patients annually so it’s a very used service. We are excited this year to be raising money to help grow those services, so we plan to expand the renovation of our rehab gym and educational area along with, you know, adding some more equipment there as well.”
