(Rock Rapids)– A Worthington man was taken into custody Thanksgiving day on drug charges and an outstanding warrant.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Kamphone Thammalong was wanted out of that county for violation of probation. Further investigation determined Thammalong was also wanted out of Minnesota on a warrant for parole violation and was charged as a fugitive from justice.
Thammalong also faces new charges from Lyon county including operating while intoxicated…drugged, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Lyon county jail.
